Infill – The “Soil” of the Turf System.

OUR INFILL SYSTEM IS ALL NATURAL AND GROUNDED IN TECHNOLOGY

Our infill is made from Volcanic ash and is 100% bio-degradable. This amazing product is the “soil “ of an artificial turf system.  Some of our competitors use rubber based infills, which is a cheaper product, bad for the environment, and will result in a lawn that has a much higher surface temperature.

To create infill, small granulated beads are distributed into the turf’s surface in a uniform pattern. Zeofill ATD, a premium infill system, is the latest technology for synthetic turf.
Unlike rubber-based infills, Zeofill ATD is non-absorbent, anti-microbial and anti-bacterial. It is 100% natural mined from the earth.

Scientifically, here is how it works:

It is different than any other infill because ZeoFill ATD is a negatively charged honey-combed molecular structure which absorbs the urine like a magnet and prevents the ammonia from forming a gas which is the main cause of odor. ZeoFill ATD will pull any gases towards itself and hold them until the sodium ion (Na+) in rain water releases the magnetivity and the force of rainfall will flush out the bacteria, forcing it through the turf into the ground making your turf virtually new again. The sodium forces the calcium ions out and recharges the ZeoFill ATD when dry.

Zeofill ATD does not degrade and also resists compaction, thus eliminating the need for repeated applications, as is the case with rubber or sand . Zeofill ATD stays cool and comfortable, unlike rubber infill even in the hottest of climates. Zeofill ATD is safe for the environment, does not contain harsh zinc or heavy metals and is non-flammable.
